Tasty And Meatless - You Won't Believe It's Tofu (DVD5)

If you haven't tried out tofu in awhile you may want to give it a shot. I tried it years ago and it was quite foul, but recently I experimented with it and was extremely surprised by how delicious the salad I made was: Tofu Portobello Mushroom Salad. That recipe is not included in this DVD, but it did inspire me to obtain this DVD. I haven't had time to try any of the recipes from this DVD specifically, but from skimming the contents, they seem to be extremely easy and delicious (hopefully). All of the instructors on the DVD are from Hawaii, and this leads to a hippie/island vibe with a bias towards the vegetarian/vegan lifestyle, but that does not detract from the cooking lessons at all.
